Ultimate frisbee is an extremely engaging game which is extremely fun for people of all ages. In this post I will be explaining how to play the game.

The game is split up into two teams. The objective of the game is to bring a frisbee into the other team’s end zone. You do this by starting with the frisbee and throwing it as far down the field as you can. If you throw the frisbee and make it into the other endzone you immediately win a point. If you don’t then wherever the frisbee landed you pick it up. You then have 7 seconds to throw the frisbee to one of your teammate who can move. You can’t move during this time. The other team will be trying to block you. This continues until you either let the frisbee touch the ground or you make it to the endzone. If you make it to the endzone you score a point otherwise if you drop the frisbee the point goes to the other team. These are the basic rules for the game and you can play almost anywhere.
