How to manage time

Time management is a crucial skill that many people would like to have but are unable to exercise it.

You can manage your time only by planning. You need to be aware of what you are going to do in the day and what tasks are left for you to complete. Once you understand what tasks you need to do today you need to prioritize. You won’t always be able to do every single task and this is why you need to prioritize. Once you have decided which things are the most important to do you must find a certain time to do them. If you know that you need to go to school or work you must find a time after-wards to do your important task. This will make you do the task you wanted to do at this time rather than finding another way to waste time. Once you have started doing your work tasks it is a good idea to do them in one or a few sessions. This is because when you are working for a long time you will enter a state of flow and will be able to do your work much more efficiently than if each item was broken up and completed separately.

In order to manage your time make sure you prioritize and give yourself a designated time to do all of your assignments at once.
