In order to drink a proper amount of water you need to get at least 8 glasses a day. It may be hard to get this much water but you need to find ways to get it in. For example you can do this by drinking water in the morning night and midday because by splitting up the times that you drink water you will be able to drink more. This will bring you closer to your ,/goal. You can also carry a water bottle with you which will allow you to have more water o/n you at once which will allow you to drink water. Overall water is the most important fluid in the entire body and helps with practically or literally every single bodily function.
