The Perfect Temperature

It is hard to find the exact temperature to make something perfect put there are ways that you can get close to it.

The best way to get the perfect temperature is too listen to your body. Image what your ,body would want the temperature to be at other times as well. In the later times closer to night it is better to have a colder temperature. This doesn’t mean that it is better to have a colder body temperature. It is only better because it will make you feel better in your blanket. By having a greater amount of cold air in your room it will create a contrast between your air underneath the blanket and in your whole room. This will make your blanket feel more cozy and you more comfortable this will overall improve your sleep. Right before you fall asleep it is a good idea to turn the heat up or if you can set the heat to automatically turn on in the morning. For the same reason you turn the cold on at night you turn the heat on in the day. To make the blanket feel hot and uncomfortable it will make you feel nice and warm even without the blanket. This will allow you to get up early

Other than these two times you should listen to what your body wants and set the temperature accordingly at other times. Remember to always go with a temperature that you feel you would like for better performance.
