I believe that there is a scale to laziness. All the way at the bottom of the scale there is sleeping when it’s not time to sleep. This is ultimate laziness as you could be doing literally anything productive, but you are choosing to sleep. I would say that the next level is just lying in bed. Lying in bed makes it so that you are still resting and not doing anything productive, but you are still messing up your sleep schedule but just not as much. The next level is sitting up in bed. This position isn’t as bad because you can still be productive but it isn’t as good for your body. The next level is sitting in a chair. At this point it is become less laziness and more going into the neutral and it will be going into the productive category. The last two levels are walking and then running.

Out of all of these levels I could definitely spend less time sleeping in bed. Sleeping in bed is the worst of all of the categories and although it is good for the body to be regenerated, it is also important to wake up on time and get a good amount of work done. I think that it is the same for most people. Most people don’t lay down in bed and do nothing so the next thing to eliminate for most, including me would be sitting in bed. When you are sitting but aren’t in bed you have a different feeling from when you are in bed.
