There are many cluttered locations in everyone’s lives. One of the most common places is someone’s room. there may be clothes on the floor and some food in the corner with a desk full of many other items. Another place many be a garage filled with a mixture of garbage and memories. Clutter is a net negative to your productivity and should be removed from your environment when possible. It gives you less room to work and it can also distract you from you current tasks.
In my life, most of my clutter is in my room. Specifically, my clutter is on my desk and surrounding area. My closet may be cluttered, but it is still mostly organized, and improving it wouldn’t give me as much benefit as my desk would. My desk contains many important items, such as utensils, charging, devices, binders, notebooks, water, etc. I can reduce clutter by putting these items in designated locations but most of my storage is already being used up. These items are also the ones I use most often so it is better for me if I can leave them out in the open so they are easy to grab. I will try to reduce clutter by removing some of the less necessary items while keeping important items on my desk.
