Uninventing a Creation

Almost all inventions created by humans are beneficial. Even though these inventions are useful they can be used both beneficially and unbeneficial. Some people may decide to use certain inventions to benefits humanity the same inventions can be used against. One example of this is dynamite. It was used for mining and although dangerous, was extremely efficient and allowed for many more resources to be gathered which generated a positive butterfly effect. It was also used to destroy buildings and people which created a negative butterfly effect. Unlike dynamite, one type of weapon has done almost no good.

If I could choose to uninvent any one weapon I would uninvent nuclear weapons. Nuclear weapons have almost no benefits other than being used as a threat to protect the peace. When they are used as a threat to protect the peace they are disturbing peace by creating tensions between multiple countries. By doing this they are doing the exact opposite of what they are made to do. Many countries would most likely rediscover how to make these weapons after they were un-invented but all countries would lose their stockpiles of these weapons. By doing this there could be many peace treaties made before preventing the creation of nuclear weapons.
